Business growth coaching provides personalized guidance to help business owners improve operations, strengthen internal processes, and make more effective business decisions. At Sunlake Interactive, our approach combines practical strategies, accountability, and hands-on support tailored to your company's needs.
What is included in the initial business assessment?
Our initial business assessment includes a review of selected business information, up to two hours of onsite observation at one location, a baseline scorecard, a prioritized 90-day action plan, and a 45-minute virtual follow-up to discuss findings and next steps.
How are your monthly coaching options different?
We offer three levels of coaching support: Owner Advisory, Growth and Systems, and Implementation Partner. Options range from focused virtual guidance and accountability to more frequent onsite working sessions, process development, and implementation support.
Can you help with hiring and employee onboarding?
Yes. We can help define job responsibilities, develop interview scorecards, evaluate candidates, and create onboarding checklists and training procedures. Your business remains responsible for hiring, employment, and daily employee supervision. Larger recruiting projects are scoped separately.
Do you offer marketing services alongside business coaching?
Yes. Sunlake Interactive also provides website design, SEO, digital advertising, social media marketing, CRM solutions, and AI automation. These services are separately scoped and can complement coaching by helping your business attract and manage new opportunities.
How long is the business coaching commitment?
Our monthly coaching programs begin with a three-month commitment. After the initial term, coaching continues month-to-month with 30 days' notice, according to the service agreement.
What areas of my business can you help improve?
We can examine lead handling, sales follow-up, scheduling, operational handoffs, CRM usage, customer experience, delegation, hiring, onboarding, and job profitability using available business records. Your priorities determine where we focus.
Do you provide business coaching throughout Tampa Bay?
Yes. Sunlake Interactive is based in Land O' Lakes, Florida, and serves businesses throughout Tampa Bay. Included onsite sessions cover one agreed business location within the applicable travel limits. Additional travel can be arranged separately.
